What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email, and optionally your name, suburb, and — if you're a venue — your venue name and role. In the app, we collect what you'd expect: the pubs, beers and events you save, your taste preferences, your crew connections, and order or plan activity you create.

How we use it

To match you to the right pubs, send you the access invite and the notifications you've opted into, and improve On Tap. We do not sell your personal data. Venues never see your identity — they only see anonymous, aggregate intent until you choose to claim, book, order, or accept an offer.

Marketing & email

We'll only email you about On Tap access and the things you opt into. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Return offers from venues are opt-in, capped, explainable, and one-tap muteable.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or leave the waitlist, at any time by emailing hello@ontap.bar.

Data & security

Data is stored on our own infrastructure in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. We use reasonable measures to protect it. On Tap is for people aged 18+.
